Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Moneyanam, a wealth-tracking and reporting platform operated by Sampadha Fin Education ("Sampadha", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Moneyanam, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Moneyanam is

Moneyanam is a financial planning and reporting tool. It is not a trading platform, broker, or depository. Your advisor at Sampadha uses it to track your goals, net worth, and protection score, and to share reports with you.

2. Account Aggregator (AA) framework

To auto-populate your holdings, Moneyanam may request your consent to fetch financial information through the RBI-regulated Account Aggregator (AA) ecosystem, currently via CAMSFinserv. Sampadha acts as a Financial Information User (FIU) in this ecosystem. As a participant in the AA ecosystem, we confirm:

  • Consent is always given directly by you on the Account Aggregator's own screens (never on a Sampadha or Moneyanam screen) — you approve, reject, revoke, or modify AA consents only through the AA's interface.
  • You may choose any AA you already hold a handle with, or register a new handle, regardless of which AA issued it.
  • Any raw financial data received through the AA is used solely to populate your dashboard and reports. It is not shared with any third party other than a data-processing partner acting solely on our behalf, and never for that partner's own use or onward sharing.
  • You can revoke AA consent at any time, either from the AA's own interface or by asking your advisor to initiate revocation. Your data is retained only for the "data life" period declared in the consent, after which it is purged from our systems.
  • You can review, in the Account Aggregator's own client, the status of every consent request you have approved, rejected, paused, or revoked, and the history of data fetched against it.

Your rights and Sampadha's responsibilities as an AA ecosystem participant are further governed by the Sahamati Central Registry Terms of Use and the Sahamati Token Service Terms of Use.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of any information you provide, including the mobile number and PAN used for AA identity verification.

5. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you in-app or by email before they take effect.
